Podiumkiss are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING to any destination in Europe on orders over 150 Euro. For orders under this value we also offer great value discounted shipping rates. Delivery is normally within 2-4 working days.
Podiumkiss Cancellation Policy
Podiumkiss is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with Podiumkiss is safe. You won’t get ripped off, you’ll get your parts and we’ll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt. Our returns policy allows 14 days after you have received the products.
Return Policy
Podiumkiss conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, you’ve ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered.
New Items – Errors
Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. – Goods must be in original packaging. – Goods must not be fitted or used.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send you a cheque for the value. We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Standard Parcels. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days. You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost.
Faulty, Damaged or Broken
All goods purchased from PODIUMKISS are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from PODIUMKISS has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned-

Please notify us via email (kiss@podiumkiss,com) – including following information:
Invoice number, Invoice date, Name, Address, Articles returned, Reason of return
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. – Goods must be in original packaging. – Goods must not be fitted or used.
Payment
PODIUMKISS accept most major credit cards for orders. You will be asked to provide your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when we contact you to confirm the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched
Pricing
Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the standard UK rate of 15%. VAT does not apply to orders that are to be shipped outside the E.U. or to Tax Free areas such as the Channel Islands. These areas will be priced and billed with VAT deducted.
While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped.

Podiumkiss creates the majority of pictures and descriptions for the website. This information is copyright of Podiumkiss and may not be used by any other party without express permission of Podiumkiss. The Podiumkiss website is provided for use only for viewing by an end user. Taking of any content or prices by automated processes, such as spidering, will be deemed as a breach of copyright andis expressly forbidden except where specifically agreed with the Podiumkiss or where Podiumkiss had expressly requested the process.
Accuracy of Information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer’s websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
