Lens: The Toro uses multi-faceted reflector technology with integrated diffuser. This system is specifically engineered for the new P7 LEDs found in these models and delivers the best beam pattern and “blend” of light available from these LEDs.

Lithium Ion Battery: Lithium Ion needs to be looked after, so there are two circuits in each light that do this. One on the battery pack itself and the main PCB that controls the light. These carefully control the discharge by never letting them get too discharged and carefully charge the battery backup including some trickle charging to slowly get the last 10% back in.  We do not charge the lights particularly quickly because a slower charge is better for the cells.
