Lens: The MaXx-D uses collimated design lens technology with Dual Beam Optics. These high-tech resin lenses are specifically designed to optimise light collection from each LED. Dual Beam Optics means you get a great delivery of light from each lens that includes “flood” and “spot” beam combined – perfect!

Lithium Ion Battery: Lithium Ion needs to be looked after, so there are two circuits in each light that do this. One on the battery pack itself and the main PCB that controls the light. These carefully control the discharge by never letting them get too discharged and carefully charge the battery backup including some trickle charging to slowly get the last 10% back in.  We do not charge the lights particularly quickly because a slower charge is better for the cells.
